Our most recent creation, this overdress style laced tabard pays homage to the Luna Moth. Like our Belladonna and Finfolk bodices, each panel is hand stitched together. Wear it over your skirt, dress, jeans, or jumpsuit. This wing styled garment will add a mysterious edge to your wardrobe.
Luna Moths are believed to be carriers of messages. In some cultures they are believed to be messengers between the fairy realm and humans. In others they can help one communicate with their ancestors or the deceased.

This is a lined garment and you will be prompted to select the lining type upon adding your selection to your cart. You will also be able to choose the hand stitched thread visible as “X”s on the exterior of the garment. Lastly, you will also be provided the option to add an accent stitch along the bottom (as in the photo.) Exact color may be varied due to display/screen settings.
Measurements will be requested when adding this item to your cart. We are in the process of grading patterns further and will continue to offer a broader range of sizes later this year. Current measurements offered are below:

Lorelei’s Overdress flows like the waters of the Rhine River. It is a perfect outer layer for your journey along the water's edge, or a snowstorm atop the mountains. It has a thick geometric hem and a french seam connecting the bodice to the skirt portion.
This overdress is named after a siren in German folklore. Lorelie's story is that of tragic betrayal and longing.

This is an unlined garment, however the skirt is connected to the bodice with a french seam. The bodice seams are also bias bound for a clean interior. Exact color may be varied due to display/screen settings.

This is a premade item.
The Finfolk is made to be worn as an outer layer. You can choose to have both layers of the bodice be wool or it can be lined with cotton for a cooler alternative. The bodice panels are hand stitched together adding an extra layer of tradition to this historically influenced piece. It has three panels of boning in the front and two in the back for the perfect amount of support and is customizable with embroidery to add a personalized touch.
This bodice is made for those tied to the sea and although walk on land, the water is their home. Finfolk are shapeshifters of the sea, living within two worlds. Existing between the human realm and their hidden world at the bottom of the North Sea.
