Frequently Asked Questions

  • While most other clothing companies use standard sizing (like small, medium, large, etc.), we choose to create garments based on your measurements.

When you add an item to your cart, there will be required sizing information that must be filled out in order to make your purchase.

If you need help finding your measurements, check out our blog post on the subject!

  • Shipping is free. We currently only ship to the continental U.S.

  • Orders typically take 7-14 days to be shipped from date of order.

Within 24 hours of the item being shipped you will receive a tracking number.

  • Yes, an order can be expedited by adding the “expedite my order” product to your cart along with the item(s) you would like to purchase. Expediting an order guarantees that it will be shipped within 7 business days from the time the order is placed.

The cost to expedite an order is $25.

  • If within the first 10 days of receiving your item you find that we have made a mistake with your order or if your item is broken/damaged, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us for a full refund. Please note that the item returned must be in unworn condition with the original tags.

Because most of our items are custom made in nature, we cannot issue refunds for reasons other than seller error. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

  • If your item is hand-stitched or contains hardware (e.g., buttons, eyelets, or clasps) please spot clean only.

If your item does not contain hardware you may wash on delicate cycle in cold water and lay flat to dry. Please wash sparingly.

  • We create our garments using natural fibers with the most common fabric being wool.

  • No. Wool processing has come a long way and modern day practices create a wool fabric that is much more soft and gentle on the skin than older wool processing techniques.

We utilize 100% virgin wool (the softest wool available) as often as possible.

  • Most of our pieces are made using natural fibers (wool, cotton, linen) making them biodegradable, unlike synthetic fabrics that can sometimes take 200 years or more to breakdown. Beyond that, our inventory is built from deadstock fabrics, mill ends, thrifted textiles, and other reclaimed materials that would otherwise go to waste. Each garment is made with intention and sustainability at its core. Because we work with limited and often unique materials, some fabrics are available only in small batches—or even as a single, one-off creation. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone.

  • Purchases over $350.00 will receive a 10% discount applied automatically to the entire order.
