Tips For Taking Your Own Measurements
Two common measurements you will often see that we need is bust and waist measurements. Here is what that means and some tips to make sure you get the correct measurement.
Bust Measurement
The bust measurement is pretty self explanatory, it is the measurement around the largest part of your bust. We recommend taking this measurement with your undergarments on. Since a flexible measuring tape isn’t always available, you can use a piece of ribbon and a retractable measuring tape/yard stick as an alternative. Make sure to mark the ribbon while it’s still on you to get the most accurate measurement.
Waist Measurement
While some may think your waist is lower down on the abdomen, your waist is actually where you bend. It is just above your hip bones and below your ribs. See below for a video for a visual demonstration!
